
(MA) Lots of MMA fighters inspire me but I’ve always liked GSP and his ability to use his strength to take his opponents strengths away. He always fights clever. I also like Jose Aldo and the way he has worked through the rankings.
(B) When did you start MMA?
(MA) Just over 4 years ago.
(B) What has been your biggest achievement in mixed martial arts?
(MA) To date my biggest achievement is winning the BAMMA title.
(B) What is it that gives you your competitive edge?
(MA) The way I train and my dedication to the sport.
(B) What advice would you give to someone wanting to follow in your foot steps?
(MA) Be prepared to dedicate all your time to MMA. You need make sacrifices or you wont achieve your goals.
(B) What to you miss most when you are training for a fight?
(MA) Being able to eat what I want..
(B) Who would you most like to fight?
(MA) Whoever has the WEC belt when its my time to fight for it. Short term I would like to fight whoever’s put infront of me as every fight means a lot to me.
(B) What did you think of the BAMMA 3?
(MA) I thought it was well run and the production was very good.
(B) Run us through your last fight?
(MA) It was a tough fight as you would expect from a title fight. I’m glad I’ve done the 5 rounds now. The fans got to see all aspects of MMA.
(B) Do you think you could improve on anything?
(MA) Of course, every area of my game can be improved and I’m working hard to do so. I'm working with top coaches at Team Kaobon and improving everyday.
